Dr. Raymond Liu is a professor at the College of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston.Chair of the Marketing Department, Director of ChineseStudies and Programs. His research interests include:international business and marketing, brandnanagement, cross-cultural consumer complaintbehavior, consumer online behavior and online community behavior,customer relationshipnanagement, and the application of oig data and Al indetecting corporate behavior Professor Liu's research appears in leadingacademic journals. He has earned multiple awards forresearch and teaching, and brings extensive consultingexperience with U.S.and Chinese companies.He hasheld visiting positions at top Chinese universities.ncluding Fulbright Visiting Professor at TsinghuaJniversity and HaiTian Scholar at Dalian University ofTechnology.He has long served as an overseas expertfor the National Natural Science Foundation of Chinaand the Yangtze River Scholars Evaluation Committee.In Boston, he is active in Chinese business andacademic circles,having chaired the ChineseAssociation for Science and Technology in GreaterBoston, served on OCEAN's board, advised ACMES,and moderated at the 10Oth Harvard China Review.
