Dr. Peng Jin

Jin Peng is an Associate Professor at Peking University and Head of the Green Lighting Systems Laboratory. He earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Houston and previously held senior engineering roles at Corning, Sensitron Semiconductor, and CML Innovative Technologies. He leads national research projects, teaches graduate courses on compound semiconductors and packaging, and has 20+ publications plus multiple patents focused on semiconductor packaging, photovoltaics, and LED solid-state lighting.
